SnowBlow Text Message Terms

These terms apply to text messages (SMS) sent by Thomas Gail, LLC d/b/a SnowBlow ("SnowBlow," "we," "us"), 5580 County Road 10 North, Waconia, MN 55387. Texting is always optional. You never have to agree to receive texts to enter a SnowBlow giveaway, to win, or to buy anything from us.
1. Our text programs
You can join either or both programs by checking the matching box on a SnowBlow form, such as the giveaway entry form at snowblow.com/giveaway:
- SnowBlow Giveaway Alerts: automated messages about a giveaway you entered, such as your entry confirmation, reminders, and winner notification. Up to 4 messages per giveaway.
- SnowBlow Offers & Quotes: recurring automated marketing messages, including promotions, seasonal offers, and your personalized snow removal quote. Message frequency varies.
2. Cost
Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan. SnowBlow does not charge for text messages.
3. How to stop texts
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from that program. You can also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE or STOP ALL. You'll receive one final message confirming that you've been unsubscribed, and no further texts will be sent unless you sign up again. You can also opt out by calling (952) 777-2215 or emailing info@snowblow.com.

5. Carriers
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and coverage.
6. Your phone number
By joining, you confirm you are the account holder or regular user of the mobile number you provided and are at least 18 years old. If you change or give up that number, please reply STOP first or let us know so we don't text the new owner.
7. Privacy
We use your mobile number only to send the messages you agreed to and to provide our services. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that help us send messages on our behalf. See our Privacy Policy for more information.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. If you keep receiving texts after a change, the updated terms apply.
